| Yep, she's still fine. Update over. lol
J/k. She's got a stuffed up nose but considering that Shaun, Evan and Tayla were all throwing up from the flu, I'm counting myself lucky that's all she's got.  I can't tell when I'm sick unless I throw up or pass out and even then I come up with great excuses as to why those happened that aren't "sick". I just hate to admit I could get sick. Not a clue WHY I'm like that, but I am. I may have to admit it as I'm going back to the MedLab for more liver function tests. Kinda like when I got thrown out of the hearing room because the dr. said I couldn't help with Nika because I had hearing problems. hehehe... She wasn't deaf, her MOM was. lol
Anyhow, today is the first day of Spring here so I have the door open to give Maya and I some fresh air. Should be helpful. She's rolling over quite a bit. And I can't put her down today because she had a poonami on her bouncy seat and it's in the dryer now. So she's drooling on me at the moment. She just adores Evan. Her little face lights up when she spots him. She chats away at him and he calls her The Queen of the World. I call him a baby hog because he takes up all her time when he's home - always in her face, kissing her, hugging her. He was quite sad when we told him that he couldn't get close while he was sick.
She's quite a loud boo too. Even besides the loud pooping (heard rooms away), she snorts when she laughs, she can scream a blue streak when in the mood (thankfully, not often - but gas can HURT) and she even complains while eatting. Mumbling what may well be baby curses while slurping loudly. hehehe... And she chats, grunts, coos, squeaks (what else is baby oil for?) and belches like a pro.
Quite a change, really. Mishella was so quiet that I had her tested to see if she was dearf and Nika only had the one noise - the pteradactyl screech. lol Evan was somewhere in between. Not as chatty as this one but enough noise I didn't fear for his hearing.
Well, Maya is grunting and smacking her lips so I should go feed her. At least she let me type all this in only 3 sittings.  | | |
| Lookie, I found a new button on my xanga site. omg, I feel so old when I come here.
Anyhow, Maya rolled over for the first time today. Mainly because she absolutely HATES to be on her belly and her mother puts her like that and then cheers for her, "go maya, go maya, go maya". Poor thing. I'm sure she'll be weird one day which is how I prefer my beloved kids.
Her hair still isn't long enough to "do" anything with but it's gotten too long for me to spike without hair product - too bad she's too young for that. I mean, hey, she still collects fuzz in her belly button. Now stop that, I meant MAYA, not Nika.
Tomorrow is Evan's birthday. He'll be a whole 5 years old. We're having a pirate party for him tomorrow, I'll post pics and we'll call so you can talk to the pirate boy. Today was his last day at kindergarten. Once he starts school, I'll take a pic of him in his uniform and post that too.
